Avocado Icecream
Tasty avocado ice cream which gives you needed nutrition
Full Description
2 ripe avocados, chilled in the fridge
one lime juice
2 cans coconut milk, chilled in the fridge
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Stevia or honey to sweeten it up (to your taste)
Additional Information
Remove avocado pit and scrub avocado out from the skin into blender or food processor. Add other ingredients and blend til smooth. Pour into container and freeze overnight. Coconut oil will also give you good nutrition and help icecream to stay nice together.
