Egg & cheese covered bites

Takes 10 minutes to prepare this gourmet healthy recipe. A recipe that can be used as an appetizer for a formal gown or even as a simple dinner. Whichever the occasion is, everyone will love this healthy and easy to make recipe.

Description:

A bread with a little mayonaisse and cheese, covered in egg, and a special dressing is all you need to let everyone wondering how to did this awesome recipe in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients:

  • For the bites
  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 bread (whole wheat)
  3. 2 tsp of mayonaisse
  4. 1 slice of american cheese
  • For the dressing
  1. 1 tbsp. of mayonaisse
  2. 20 grams of chipotle

 

Procedure:

  1. Toast the bread, and spread the mayonaisse over it.
  2. Add the slice of cheese on top of the bread.
  3. In a bowl crack the egg and mix until it achieves a homogeneous texture.
  4. On the center of a hot pan put a small amout of egg and place the bread on top of it.
  5. Set the bread aside.
  6. Put another small amount of egg and place on the center of the pan just like in step 4. Then put the other side of the bread on top of it.
  7. Repeat steps 4-6 until you don't have egg left on the bowl.
  8. Put the egg covered bread on a dish and cut into small squares.

For the dressing just chop the chipotle into really small pieces and mix together with the mayonaisse.
